Yes, we offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. Delivery charges depend on the destination and package size/weight, and are calculated at checkout or quoted along with your order.

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For laser cutting and CNC jobs, vector files (AI, DXF, or CDR) give the cleanest results. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can help prepare it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — we take on single-piece custom gifts and one-off engraving jobs as happily as bulk corporate orders. Per-unit pricing naturally improves at higher quantities, especially for offset printing and branded merchandise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments (Visa/Mastercard) in-store. For larger commercial and industrial orders, we can also arrange an advance-plus-balance payment schedule.

Both work. Bring your own print-ready file and we'll produce it as-is, or work with our in-house design team to create artwork from scratch — from wedding invitations to corporate branding kits.
